Our agreement.

This website is operated by SHIU CHEONG LUNG LIMITED, trading as SHIULUNE, at G/F 217 Wing Lok Street, Sheung Wan, Hong Kong. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean SHIULUNE. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, and authorised to use the payment method chosen at checkout.

Products & presentation.

We take care to present materials, finishes and colours faithfully. Screens, lighting and naturally variable materials can create subtle differences, particularly with wood grain, ceramic glaze, glass and hand-finished details. These variations do not ordinarily affect quality or function.

We may update product information, correct obvious errors, change availability or discontinue a piece. If a material pricing or description error affects your order before dispatch, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and refund.

Orders & payment.

Your order is a request to purchase. An order acknowledgement does not mean acceptance; the contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, checkout information is incomplete, a clear pricing error occurred, delivery is not possible or fraud is reasonably suspected.

Prices and checkout currency are displayed before payment. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or transaction fees. Payment is taken when an order is placed. See our Payment & Security and Shipping Policy pages for further information.

Delivery & returns.

Delivery estimates are guides, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier networks, customs or events outside our control. Responsibility for an item passes to you when it is delivered to the address provided at checkout. Return requests and eligible refunds are managed under our Refund Policy.

Using the site.

• Do not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or automated bulk purchasing activity.
• Do not copy, scrape, reproduce or use our product imagery, copy or trademarks commercially without written permission.
• Do not interfere with site security, introduce harmful code or attempt to access systems without authorisation.
• Keep account credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you believe an account is compromised.

Liability & law.

Products are supplied for personal and household use. To the extent permitted by law, SHIULUNE is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit or loss caused by use outside a product’s intended purpose. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including fraud or rights that mandatory consumer law gives you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not remove mandatory protections available to consumers in their country of residence.

Updates.

We may revise these terms when our products, website or legal requirements change. The version posted here at the time of your order applies to that purchase, and the date above will show the latest revision.

Accounts, offers & reviews.

Account security

Where account features are available, you are responsible for keeping login details private and for activity under your account. We may suspend access where we reasonably believe an account has been misused or these terms have been breached.

Promotions

Promotional codes, gifts and limited offers are subject to the terms shown with the offer. They cannot normally be combined, exchanged for cash, applied to previous purchases or used after expiry. We may withdraw an offer where it has been used in error or contrary to its stated conditions.

Customer content

You retain ownership of photos, reviews or comments you send to us. By submitting them, you give SHIULUNE a non-exclusive right to display, reproduce and use them in connection with the relevant product, store or marketing, subject to applicable law.

Intellectual property.

The SHIULUNE name, visual identity, product photography, illustrations, website design and written content are owned by us or used under licence. Nothing on this site grants a licence to use these materials commercially without our prior written consent.

Events beyond control.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier disruption, customs delays, severe weather, government action, industrial action, epidemic or supply interruption. If such circumstances materially delay an undelivered order, we will communicate the available options. Where a delay continues beyond a reasonable period, you may contact us to discuss cancellation of undelivered goods.

Entire agreement & severability.

These terms, together with the Shipping Policy, Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any product-specific terms presented at checkout, form the agreement between you and SHIULUNE for your purchase. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
