When you place an order, payment details are entered directly into the checkout experience and processed by the applicable payment provider. SHIULUNE does not receive or retain your full card number, security code or online banking password.

To fulfil an order and assist you, we may access order details such as your name, email address, shipping address, order total and limited payment reference information. This lets us confirm purchases and process eligible refunds without handling sensitive card credentials.
